So honestly I just wanted to say out of all the towing companies I have ever dealt with this one takes the cake. They are kind and caring and went above and beyond to help my dad and I get his belongings after his rv was totaled and towed to their yard. We live 7 hours away in ny and they accommodated my arrival even though it was outside of the normal buisness hours which they didn’t have to do. They even picked up some of my dad’s belongings and placed them back in the rv before towing it. During the worst time of his life this company made it a little bit easier for him and us and I couldn’t be more thankful. Kudos to you guys! Sincerely one thankful daughter

Our rental car broke down past sutten WV after hours. Mike and Scott made sure my family had a safe ride and a secured a hotel room for the night. Thank you all so much for everything. Would give you 10 stars if I could. Great to deal with, honest with integrity. They wont leave you stranded even when rental companies do.

Scott, Dave, Josh, and the rest of the gang at A and S are top notch. Get to to know them, they will take great care of you. Fast, honest and fair, they recovered my class C motorhome, family and dogs in the middle of the night, then then promptly swapped out the engine. They saved my family’s summer vacation.

I DO ALOT OF TRAVELING FOR MY BUSINESS. I HAD VEHICLE PROBLEMS LATE AT NITE. ALLEN SHOWED UP AS TOLD, TOWED MY VEHICLE AND DROPPED ME OFF AT A HOTEL. MY VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED QUICKLY AND AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. I THANK EVERYONE THAT WAS INVOLVED IN GETTING ME BACK ON THE ROAD AND BEING VERY FRIENDLY.

Got a tow from Sutton to Charleston. Chris was effecient and professional and made a car emergency less stressful. I highly recommend A & S.

As an owner of a Trucking Company, I'd would have to say my experience with it is Company was outstanding. I worked closely with Ryan Niel to get my truck and loaded trailer back to NC. Added bonus was they took time out to go get my driver and equipment to safe haven til they could get everything back on our home turf. This kinda service isn't cheap by any means in our industry but Ryan worked with me to make it as less painful as possible. I want to thank everyone of the guys at A&S that had a hand in taking care of us and getting everything back here in a safe, sound and timely fashion.

We were very fortunate that A&S was available with a flat bed to come to our rescue on interstate 79 near Burnsville, WV. Jerry was kind and helpful and towed us to a nearby hotel for the night. He made sure out vehicle was safely parked for the night and the A&S team was responsive and helpful in locating a sport tire for our vehicle that was hard to come by in the area. Not only did they go out of their way to help us out, they were priced right which is always a bonus.

Excellent service yet again, special thanks to Wayne a fellow pro driver of skill and experience who almost makes a breakdown a pleasurable experience.

We hit a pothole on I79 and A&S was there to help us get back on the road. They towed us to a motel for the night while they tracked down the tire and replaced it for us. They were extemely helpful and courteous and the price was much better than I anticipated. Highly Recommended.

These guys are amazing! There was a young girl from out of town locked out of her car at the gas station and they showed up super fast. 11pm on Saturday night and they made her a priority. Highly recommend

Our car died on us while driving home from work. We called AAA to get it towed and waited over 2 hours for a tow( I guess we do not have enough towing companies in Pittsburgh that would take the call)!!! Finally a guy showed up from West Virginia and towed our vehicle home . I did not get his name, as I was very frusturated with AAA , and just wanted to get home! He got us home in no time, and was super nice and professional! Please pass our thanks to the guy who towed us in Pittsburgh on 07/17/18! Amela & Mike

Called A and S Recovery because they were listed 1st. We were coming from Cumberland Md to Chas WV and had to get gas in Burnsville WV at 10:00pm. When asked where is Burnsville my answer is still I don’t know. Anyway got gas and then truck wouldn’t start. Had two folks try and give us a jump. Didn’t work. I was very concerned because I have a family of four and knowing the odds HOWEVER the mechanic was very knowledgeable and helpful. He told my significant other to put gear in neutral and try and start. IT WORKED!!!!! Thank you A and S Recovery fromme and my family. You didn’t hear the cheers of my daughters but you are our HERO!!!!!

I lost my car keys and a young man named Aaron came to help. What a terrific young man. Not only did he help me get into my car, but he was concerned about me. I am certain that Aaron would have gone out of his way to do whatever he could to help me and make certain that I got home safely. I cannot recommend him enough. Hopefully I will never break down or do something dumb like losing my keys again or need a tow, but if I do, I will gladly call this company again for help. Seeing the other reviews, I am thrilled to see that I am not the only person who has had such a terrific experience.

I broke down along Rt 19 on Easter, in the evening. Kevin from A&S was there sooner than I expected, and was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!

Scott and his staff were very friendly and efficient from picking up my disabled and getting it back on the road. They even delivered the vehicle to us. Excellent service paired with excellent prices! We will be back should we need any other automotive help!

Stranded in the middle of nowhere while travelling for work. My car caught on fire and A&S was the closest place to get a tow. They towed it fast and also did the repairs at an excellent price. Work was done in just a few days. Thanks guys!

My boyfriend and I were stranded when the snow hit. A&S came and got us and took us 30 minutes out of their way to take us to our house. They were so kind and you could tell they actually care about the people/customers they deal with. I definitely recommend them to anyone.

A&S recovery provided excellent service on extremely short notice. When other towing companies could not locate our vehicle or claimed there was no place that would take our car in the middle of the night, A&S picked us up, drove my friends and I to the nearest hotel, and fixed our car the minute they opened the following day. They were kind and efficient and for that I would highly recommend them to anyone experiencing car trouble.

A&S recovery was unbelievably helpful to my friends and I. They came to help us when we were stranded in the middle of nowhere and no other company would help. They even went as far as to help take us to a local hotel to stay the night while they took the car in to get fixed. You could tell they genuinely cared to help us and give us the best assistance during our hard time. I would highly recommend them

On my way from Northwest PA to NC and got stuck in the middle of no where. These guys came out to help the day before New Year's Eve when AAA claimed that there was no one open to be of assistance. They were kind enough to bring me to a hotel so that my friends and I had somewhere to stay and wait while they could work on my car. They had my car ready to work on as soon as the shop opened and for that I highly recommend!
